What is Laser360?
Laser360 is a series of noninvasive and nonsurgical procedures that takes advantage of three separate, complementary technologies, scheduled over multiple sessions, to provide complete skin rejuvenation.
Laser360 treatment is administered through the Harmony XL Pro system, a device cleared by the FDA for treatment of more than 65 indications, due to the number of handpieces and attachments available for use with this device.
Under supervision of Dr. Warren Ross, during your initial consultation with our highly trained staff of registered nurses and licensed estheticians, we may recommend undergoing Laser360 treatment as part of your individualized treatment plan.
Laser360 is the perfect solution to rejuvenate your skin if lotions, creams and other products leave you feeling wanting, without undergoing as drastic a procedure as a surgical facelift. By taking advantage of the Laser360 technologies, our team of specialists will achieve results you can be very pleased with after your treatment.
Laser360 Provides Complete Skin Rejuvenation
Laser360 treatment rejuvenates and restores the skin by combining three proven technologies, delivered through different handpieces attached to the Harmony XL Pro, that work together to treat and improve different concerns and conditions:
- AFT Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) uses a nonlaser light to reduce the appearance of damaged or broken blood vessels (vascular lesions), discoloration, pigmentation issues (uneven skin tone) and inflammatory acne
- Radio Frequency (RF) Microneedling uses thermal energy to stimulate the production of collagen, while administering tiny punctures that jump-start your body’s wound-healing process, encouraging the growth of smoother, tighter skin
- Pixel laser creates microscopic perforations in your skin to stimulate your body’s wound-healing response, activating collagen production, smoothing skin around the treatment area and reducing the size of your pores.
This combination of technologies enables our practitioners to thoroughly rejuvenate and resurface your skin, restoring a more uniform skin tone and texture while tightening loose, sagging skin, folds, creases and wrinkles.
Before & Afters
Because a full Laser360 treatment is performed in separate visits over a 60-day period, complete results won’t be immediately visible. However, you should notice some improvement as you near your final treatment.
Between your initial and final Laser360 visits, you can expect to notice increasingly visible results in:
- Fewer vascular lesions
- More uniform skin tone and less discoloration
- Tighter skin and fewer wrinkles, lines and folds
- Smoother and more even skin texture
You’ll continue to notice the skin rejuvenating results of Laser360 treatments long after you’ve completed your regimen. In the months and years following, you can schedule additional maintenance sessions to further combat signs of aging and damage caused by sunlight and reduce the appearance of blemishes and inconsistencies.

How Laser360 Works
A full Laser360 treatment is administered over a course of multiple one-hour sessions over a 60-day period. Because the procedures are nonsurgical and noninvasive, there’s no downtime involved; you should be able to return to your normal activities immediately after treatment, making Laser360 the perfect lunchtime procedure.
Our experts will also provide you with before-care instructions, depending on your existing skin care routine. In general, avoid extensive sun exposure and tanning beds for a few weeks before treatment. Avoid rubbing the skin in the treatment area and stop using harsh skin care products—such as retinol—for at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment dates.
What to Expect During Your Laser360 Treatment
Your Laser360 treatment will vary slightly from one appointment to the next depending on the technology or technologies used during that specific session. In every case, our practitioners prioritize your safety and comfort while maintaining focus on meeting your expectations.
AFT IPL Treatment
Before your AFT IPL procedure, our practitioners will apply a topical anesthetic to the treatment area. We may also recommend you take a Tylenol or Advil 1 hour before the procedure.
You may feel some slight pain similar to the snap of a rubber band as the handpiece passes over your skin. The session will last between 30 and 60 minutes, at which time you can return to your regular activities.
After treatment, you are advised to use sunscreen with SPF protection and to avoid excessive sun exposure when outdoors. Your skin may be pink or red for 2–3 days afterward.
Some results from the IPL procedure are typically noticeable immediately after treatment, including some skin tightening and smoothing. Results will gradually become more apparent in the days and weeks following your first session.
JuvaShape Radio Frequency Energy Treatment
During your JuvaShape treatment session, our practitioners will use the JuvaShape handpiece to apply heat to the treatment area by circling the device gradually over your skin. You’ll feel a degree of warmth that many patients find comfortable and compare to a hot stone massage, although the heat can be adjusted if you feel any discomfort.
Your treatment session will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour and you’re free to resume your regular activities immediately after leaving our office. You may have some light redness or swelling for a few days afterward, however these effects will resolve quickly.
As with the IPL procedure, you are cautioned to avoid excessive sun exposure for a few days after treatment. Apply sunscreen with SPF 30 when in direct sunlight and refrain from exfoliating or using any harsh cosmetic products in the immediate days following your session.
Some improvement to your skin’s tightness and texture will be immediately apparent after your first treatment, with more dramatic results becoming visible in the following days and weeks as you complete the full Laser360 treatment.
Pixel Laser Treatment
At the start of your Pixel laser treatment, your practitioner will cleanse your skin and may apply a topical anesthetic or numbing cream. You may also be asked to put on an eye mask or goggles.
The procedure begins with your practitioner holding your skin taut as the Pixel handpiece is moved over the treatment area. You will feel some heat and slight pricking sensations as the device makes microscopic perforations on your skin. The Pixel laser session should last 30 minutes to 1 hour.
There’s no downtime after a Pixel laser session. You can expect to feel as if you have a sunburn and there will be some skin redness for a few days to several weeks afterward. You may also experience light swelling. The skin in the treatment area should begin to flake about 3 days after your appointment, so ensure the area is moisturized.
For 1 week following treatment, avoid excessive sun exposure, use sunscreen with SPF 30 and refrain from strenuous activity.
You should begin to notice visibly smoother and tighter skin by the fourth or fifth day, with results gradually improving as your skin continues to heal, although you may have to undergo multiple sessions to achieve your desired results.
Alternative Treatments
A variety of over-the-counter and prescription creams and lotions are available to improve or treat the same conditions targeted by Laser360. Although these products are often an integral part of your skin care regimen, they aren’t as effective as a medical procedure performed under the guidance of a doctor and highly-trained group of expert practitioners, such as our team.
Alternative methods of skin rejuvenation include:
- Dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane or Revance, hyaluronic acid-based injections that restore your skin’s volume and plumpness
- Injectables such as Botox, Jeauveau, Dysport or Xeomin, which use a botulinum toxin A formula to temporarily paralyze the muscles responsible for forming wrinkles, lines and folds
- Radiofrequency microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure in which tiny needles pierce the skin and deliver radio frequency energy, tightening the skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
- Chirally correct chemical peels are a type of chemical peel that improves the skin’s texture and reduces signs of aging, such as wrinkles and fine lines
- Epidermal leveling/dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation that removes the topmost layer of your skin to improve its texture and rejuvenate the skin’s surface
- Plasma IQ, a noninvasive treatment using microbeams of plasma to reduce wrinkles and fine lines, and improve skin laxity
- Celluma light therapy, a noninvasive procedure that uses specific wavelengths of LED light to improve circulation, repair tissue, combat acne and improve the skin’s tone and texture
As part of your care, our staff will custom-tailor a treatment plan for you that takes into account your current skin care regimen and overall skin health. Together, we’ll design a multistage plan to determine the best treatment for your needs that will treat and stave off signs of aging, and leave your skin fresh and rejuvenated.

FAQs
How safe is Laser360?
The full Laser360 treatment is safe for patients of all skin tones and types. The three procedures that comprise the full Laser360 treatment are noninvasive and may cause only mild side effects that clear up within a few days. Furthermore, the Harmony XL Pro system that delivers Laser360 has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of over 65 skin conditions.
Our practitioners are familiar with using Harmony XL Pro to provide safe and effective treatment and make your comfort a priority during every stage of the process.
How much downtime should I prepare for?
None. Laser360 does not require any recovery time following a treatment session, although we ask that you follow your individualized aftercare instructions and refrain from excessive sun exposure in the days following treatment. You should also avoid irritating the skin in the treatment area or engaging in strenuous activity until any side effects resolve.
Will I need follow-up treatment after Laser360?
That depends on each individual. Because Laser360 doesn’t prevent further damage to your skin from sun exposure and aging, you will likely require touch-up treatments as time goes on.
We will be with you every step of the way and will provide you with a maintenance plan to preserve your skin health.
